Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
Start Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items to prevent leaking during transit, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
